What forms of payment do you accept?
Jammiegirl accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. We also will accept a Money Order or Cashier's Check. The Money Order and Cashier's Check must be received prior to processing your order. Please mail your Money Order or Cashier's Check to: Jammiegirl, 1736 Divot Road, Carson City, NV 89701. We do not accept cash, checks or C.O.D.
Why does it appear you charged my credit card right away if my order has not shipped out?
When you place an online order, your credit card company (or bank) puts an "authorization to charge" or a "hold" of funds on your account. This verifies that you have the available credit to place the order. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped out. Each bank is different for the amount of time they can place a "hold" on your funds. Once we charge your card, the "hold" should be lifted within 24-48 hrs, but each financial institution is different. Please check with your bank for their policies. We cannot release funds that your bank has on hold - this can ONLY be done by your bank.

We want you to be happy with your Jammigirl order! If your order hasn't shipped, we will make every effort to change your order to your liking provided that the item(s) requested are in stock. How will I know if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled when your order is placed, you will be notified via email. Be sure to supply proper email address when placing your orders, as this will be how you will be contacted.
Why does it take some orders 5-7 business days to process and ship?
The item is temporarily out of stock and will need to be fulfilled by one of our suppliers. Due to the changing trends, styles and seasonal collections of our pajamas, we can't possibly keep a FULL stock of every pajama our suppliers offer on a regular basis. At Jammiegirl, we are all about having ONLY the latest trends and styles in our store. It's very important to us to get you what you want and fulfill your order in a timely manner. What are your shipping methods?
We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS for all our deliveries. Choose from UPS 3 Day Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day air Saver (by end of day), UPS Next day air AM (by 10:30am), USPS Priority Mail (Insured), or USPS Express Mail (1-2 days delivery depending on zip code) for our shipments. Choose your method of shipment when ordering.
